Higher Education Commission HEC Jobs 2026 – ETC Positions Vacant
The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan has announced multiple contract-based positions under the *Educational Testing Council (ETC)* through the Uraan Pakistan program. Pakistani nationals can apply online for 13 vacancies across different pay scales.

Available Positions & Eligibility
1. Manager (Test Operation) – PPS-09
- Posts: 1 | Max Age: 50 years
- Qualification: Master/Bachelor with 7 years relevant experience, 5 years at managerial level
- Skills: Test administration, exam conduct, computer-based testing preferred
*2. Deputy Manager (Business Development) – PPS-08*
- Posts: 1 | Max Age: 45 years
- Qualification: Master/Bachelor in Business Admin/Marketing with 5 years experience
*3. Assistant Manager (Test Development/Quality Assurance) – PPS-07*
- Posts: 2 | Max Age: 40 years
- Qualification: Master/Bachelor with 5 years experience in education sector. MS Office required
*4. Assistant Manager (Finance) – PPS-07*
- Posts: 1 | Max Age: 40 years
- Qualification: Master/Bachelor in Finance/Commerce/Business Admin with 5 years experience
*5. Assistant Manager (Administration & Security) – PPS-07*
- Posts: 1 | Max Age: 40 years
- Qualification: Master/Bachelor with 5 years experience. MS Office required
*6. Office Secretary – PPS-06*

- Qualification: Master/Bachelor with 1 year exp OR Bachelor/Associate with 3 years exp

- Qualification: Bachelor/Associate with 2 years experience. Advanced MS Office compulsory

- Qualification: Diploma with 5 years exp OR Matric with 8 years exp OR Middle with 10 years exp. Heidelberg machine experience preferred
*9. Record Keeper/Record Sorter – PPS-04*
- Posts: 2 | Max Age: 30 years
- Qualification: Matric with 2 years relevant experience
*10. Driver – PPS-03*
- Posts: 2 | Max Age: 30 years
- Qualification: Middle pass with 5 years driving experience. HTV license required
